Las Tortugas Ninja, regresan a pelear contra villanos más grandes y aun más malvados, junto con April O’Neil (Megan Fox), Vern Fenwick (Will Arnett) y un nuevo integrante: el vigilante y portador de la máscara de Hockey, Casey Jones (Stephen Amell).
