La temporada de premios 2026 continúa con los Hollywood Music in Media Awards, quienes anunciaron sus nominaciones para la edición número 17, en la que reconocen el trabajo de compositores, letristas, supervisores musicales e intérpretes.
Los premios distinguen las mejores composiciones originales y canciones creadas para películas, televisión, videojuegos y otros formatos audiovisuales. Además, se han convertido en un referente durante la temporada de reconocimientos, pues algunos de sus ganadores anteriores también han conseguido premios Oscar, Grammy, Emmy y Golden Globes.
Entre las producciones que destacan este año se encuentran The Odyssey, con música de Ludwig Göransson; Dune: Part Three, de Hans Zimmer; Disclosure Day, de John Williams; y Toy Story 5, con una canción original de Taylor Swift y Jack Antonoff.
También sobresalen propuestas de cine independiente, documentales y películas animadas, demostrando la variedad de géneros y estilos musicales que forman parte de la competencia.
